Here at Mercury Security & Facilities Management, we understand the importance of providing excellent customer service to all our clients.
We invest in a lot of training for our workforce to ensure our clients receive the best service we can deliver. The benefits of this were highlighted recently when we were contacted by Ian Sheard, expressing his appreciation of the efforts of one of our security guards at a recent visit to The Oaks Centre in Dungannon.
Ian explained: “We arrived at the centre and my Mother-in-law needed a wheelchair so I approached one of your male officers for assistance. He explained that all the Centre’s wheelchairs were in use but rather than leaving it at that, he went out of his way to get one from Sainsbury’s and delivered it to us at the entrance”.
Of course, we were very proud to hear this. We love hearing stories of our staff going above and beyond for customers.
Ian further added: “This type of pro-active approach is to be commended and perhaps you could pass on my thanks”.
We couldn’t agree more! We believe that hard-work and initiative should be rewarded and as such, we rewarded our security guard, Mark Hunter, with a voucher and certificate for Excellent Customer Service.
