Concierge & Security contract won for Imperial House

Mercury Security & Facilities Management is delighted to have been awarded another great Concierge & Security contract for Imperial House in Belfast City Centre.

Belfast City Hall and the surrounding buildings in Donegal Square have lots to appreciate. Imperial House is a busy location and our staff will be required to be vigilant but friendly and flexible. The concierge & security in this iconic landmark is an essential front-facing role, responsible for creating the first impression for all who use the facilities requiring outstanding levels of customer service.
